For the past several years the churches have filled out year-end summaries with details of church growth (or loss), attendance, etc.

The results are calculated and put together in a spreadsheet. We do this so that we can get an overall picture of what's going on from a movement perspective.

Are the churches of Christ growing among the Watchi? Are they growing through internal evangelism of friends and family? Are they growing through new church plants? Are there many reversions? If so, why?

These are just a few of the questions that we try to answer.

At first, the church growth reports were mainly for our use and benefit. However, this is changing as the leadership matures and sees the value of looking at things from a broader perspective. In recent years, the mere growth of the movement has been a great encouragement to all of the churches as they see first hand what the Lord is doing through them in sourthern Togo!
