Harvest Prayer Warriors
December 2007

Happy Holidays from the Crowsons!!!

Christine, Stephen, Matthew and I want to wish you a Happy New Year! We hope that your Christmas was filled with joy as you reflected on the wonderful way that the Creator became one of us through His Son Jesus. May 2008 bring you an abundance of blessings from our Heavenly Father.

2007 was a wonderful year for our family, full of God's blessings and grace. We are so thankful for your faithful prayers for us and our ministry among the Watchi people. The Kingdom continues to grow in answer to your intercession and the moving of God's Hand.

We praise and thank God for the encouragement and support of our families, friends, prayer warriors and financial sponsors. Your love and encouragement is changing lives and reaping a harvest of souls for eternity.

This next year will mark the final year of our full-time presence among the Watchi of southern Togo. The leaders are empowered and their faith is strong and it's time for them to lead on under the power and influence of God's Spirit.

At the end of this coming year we will pack up our belongings, say our goodbyes and move to the country of Rwanda, Central Africa along with our teammates the Koonces and our teacher, Emily Dunnagan. Our plan is to settle in Rwanda's captial of Kigali in January, 2009, for a couple of years to learn language and culture and get a sense of the spiritual condition of Rwanda so that we can make prayerful and carefully laid out plans to reach their hearts and souls. Then our families will move 90 minutes north to begin a new discipleship and church planting ministry in the Ruhengeri valley. God-willing, we will be joined by several other families who are currently making plans to minister with us in Ruhengeri.

We ask that you continue to pray for the Watchi, that the Lord would bless them and use them to continue to bear fruit in the Kingdom.

We ask that you pray for our family, that we may complete the task that God gave us to do among the Watchi.

We also ask that you pray for our transition to Rwanda. That the Lord would bless the logistics of our move as well as use us to bless and heal the people of Rwanda.

May God receive the glory for all of our efforts!

Let us continue to hold up our hands in prayer because He is listening and He is answering.

Returning to Togo

Our furlough is almost over and we are preparing to return to our home and ministry in Togo.

Our plane departs from the DFW (Dallas/Ft.Worth) airport on Sunday, January 13th.

Emily Dunnagan and Rachel Baker, our teachers for the coming year, will travel with us from Ft. Worth to Togo.

We will also meet the Koonces in Frankfurt, Germany and will all arrive together in Accra at the same time!

After a few days in Accra, Ghana, we'll complete our final step of the journey and drive back to our home in Tabligbo, Togo.

Please pray that the Lord will bless all of our logistical preparations, our check-in and flights so that everything will go smoothly and that His Favor will rest upon us in all that we do.
